PRICING

Pricing is valid for 2024 only. Please inquire about use of facility for other events such as rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, work events, & more!


MAIN ROOM CEREMONY PRICING:

  • Capacity: 120-130

  • Rental fee: $2000

  • Availability: 2 hours before event 1 hour after event

  • Includes:

    • 72" round tables

    • 1-8ft head table

    • 1-6ft cake table

    • 1-6ft gift table

    • 2-8ft buffet tables (if applicable)

    • White table linens & skirting

    • Black or white linen napkins

    • Complete set-up & teardown of venue equipment

    • 55" Smart TV

    • Stone fireplace

    • Built-in bar

    • Access to front & rear outdoor patios

    • Side-room that can accommodate 50 additional guests or provide the perfect buffet & dessert table arrangement

RESERVATION ADD-ONS:

  • Ceremony on-site: $500

  • White Ceremony Chairs: $4/ each

  • Cocktail tables with linens: $15/ each

  • Additional 6ft. or 8 ft. tables with linens: $25/ each

  • Cake Service: $1 per person

  • Centerpieces: $2 each

  • Microphone & Blue tooth speaker with podium $50

  • Upper level (capacity 70): $300

  • Add-a-Day (subject to availability between 10am-3pm): $150/hr

  • Outdoor bar: $100

  • Additional bartender: $50/hr.

POLICIES

  • All food & beverage is subject to 20% service charge and 7% state sales tax

  • All buffet pricing is based off 2 hours maximum service. should request extend beyond 2 hours, additional charges will apply

  • Due to insurance & state health regulations, no remaining food or beverages shall be removed from the premises upon conclusion of the event

  • All decorations must meet with the approval of The Clubhouse staff.

  • Two hours of decorating time are included for personal or outside vendors prior to the event and one hour after the event.

  • Additional staff including, outdoor bar & bartender will be subject to additional charge

  • Menu prices valid for 2024 only & are subject to change based on availability

  • Please refer to final contract for all other policies

 

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • All catering of food and beverage is provided by The Clubhouse

  • Yes, and must be arranged with event coordinator

  • Yes

  • Yes, they can be provided for children 12 & under and arranged with the event coordinator in advance

  • No outside alcohol may be brought in

  • Room rental fee payment is required to reserve your date as well as a signed contract

  • Yes, as long as there is not another event booked. It cannot be guaranteed until the week of the event and an additional fee applies

  • Any golf or use of carts must be arranged separately with the golf course

  • Any photography or use of golf course space must be arranged separately with the golf course

  • Rehearsals are subject to availability & scheduled for 1 hour for an additional fee. The Clubhouse can be available to book your rehearsal dinner as well to allow you more time for rehearsal & decorating!
